Mouse Myosin Heavy Chain 4, Skeletal Muscle (MYH4) ELISA Kit
The Mouse Myosin Heavy Chain 4 (Skeletal Muscle) (MYH4) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a powerful tool for researchers studying skeletal muscle development and function in mice. This kit allows for the precise quantification of MYH4 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and tissue lysates with high sensitivity and accuracy.MYH4 is a key protein involved in muscle contraction and movement, making it essential for understanding skeletal muscle physiology and pathophysiology.
By measuring MYH4 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into muscle growth, regeneration, and diseases such as muscular dystrophy. With its reliable performance and user-friendly protocol, the Mouse MYH4 ELISA Kit is suitable for a wide range of research applications in the fields of muscle biology, exercise physiology, and drug development. Stay ahead in your research with the Assay Genie Mouse MYH4 ELISA Kit.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
