Mouse Microtubule Associated Protein 2 (MAP2) ELISA Kit
The Mouse Microtubule-Associated Protein 2 (MAP2) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise quantification of MAP2 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing consistent and dependable results that are suitable for various research purposes.MAP2 is a key protein associated with microtubules in neuronal cells, playing a crucial role in maintaining cytoskeletal structure and function. It is essential for neuronal development, synaptic plasticity, and overall brain function.
Changes in MAP2 levels have been linked to neurodegenerative disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic approaches. With its advanced technology and reliable performance, the Mouse MAP2 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers studying neurobiology, neurodegenerative diseases, and related fields. Get accurate and reproducible results with this high-quality kit from AssayGenie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
