Mouse Microtubule Associated Protein 1A (MAP1A) ELISA Kit
The Mouse Microtubule-Associated Protein 1A (MAP1A) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of MAP1A levels in mice serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an ideal tool for a wide range of research applications.MAP1A is a key protein involved in microtubule dynamics and stability, playing a crucial role in various cellular processes such as cell division, intracellular transport, and cell shape maintenance.
Dysregulation of MAP1A has been linked to neurological disorders, including Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapies.Overall, the Mouse MAP1A ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers looking to accurately quantify MAP1A levels in mice samples, allowing for a better understanding of its function and potential implications in disease pathology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
