Mouse Low Density Lipoprotein Receptor (LDLR) ELISA Kit
The Mouse Low-Density Lipoprotein Receptor (LDLR) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate measurement of LDLR levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell lysates. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, providing consistent and reliable results for various research applications. The LDLR is a key receptor involved in the regulation of cholesterol metabolism by facilitating the uptake of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) particles. Dysregulation of LDLR expression has been linked to a variety of metabolic disorders, making it a crucial biomarker for studying lipid metabolism and cardiovascular diseases.
With this ELISA kit, researchers can easily quantify LDLR levels in mouse samples, allowing for in-depth analysis of the role of LDLR in lipid homeostasis and cardiovascular health. The kit provides a valuable tool for understanding the mechanisms of cholesterol uptake and metabolism, ultimately leading to the development of potential therapeutic interventions.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
