The Mouse Kinesin Family Member 5B (KIF5B) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the quantitative detection of KIF5B levels in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is highly sensitive and specific, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.KIF5B is a motor protein involved in intracellular transport and plays a critical role in neuronal development and function. Dysregulation of KIF5B has been linked to neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, making it a valuable target for research and potential therapeutic interventions.
With its advanced technology and reliable performance, the Mouse Kinesin Family Member 5B (KIF5B) ELISA Kit provides researchers with the tools they need to study the role of KIF5B in health and disease, ultimately contributing to the advancement of biomedical science.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
