The Mouse Keratin 9 (KRT9) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate measurement of KRT9 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an essential tool for researchers studying keratin biology and its implications in various diseases and conditions.Keratin 9 is a structural protein that forms the cytoskeleton of epithelial cells, playing a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and barrier function of the skin, hair, and nails.
Abnormalities in KRT9 expression have been linked to various skin disorders, such as palmoplantar keratoderma and pachyonychia congenita, making it a valuable biomarker for understanding these conditions and developing potential treatments. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Mouse Keratin 9 (KRT9) ELISA Kit is an indispensable tool for investigating the role of KRT9 in skin biology, disease pathology, and potential therapeutic interventions. Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
