The Mouse Keratin 18 (KRT18) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative detection of keratin 18 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reliable results for a variety of research applications.Keratin 18 is a key structural protein found in epithelial cells and is essential for maintaining cell integrity and function. Changes in keratin 18 levels have been associated with various diseases such as liver disease, cancer, and inflammatory conditions, making it a crucial biomarker for studying these disorders and developing targeted therapies.
The Mouse Keratin 18 ELISA Kit provides researchers with a valuable tool for investigating the role of keratin 18 in disease pathogenesis and evaluating potential treatment strategies. With its easy-to-use format and robust performance, this kit is a valuable addition to any research laboratory focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying disease progression.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
