Membrane Antibody Arrays
Mouse Membrane Antibody Arrays
Membrane-Based Antibody Arrays are multiplex assays that simultaneously measure the expression of multiple proteins using 1 single sample. Assay Genie offers a wide range of semi-quantitative antibody arrays which can detect between 7-274 proteins using a sandwich immunoassay principle.
Target Number: Capable of detecting 7-274 targets simultaneously from one single sample.
High Sensitivity: Capable of detecting as low as 1 pg/ml for some proteins.
Dynamic Range: Detect as high as 4 orders of magnitude for certain proteins.
Small Membrane Size: Dimensions of the membrane array are 2.5 X 3.0cm in average.
High Specificity: There is a recombinant protein for a corresponding antibody spot tested in order to ensure there is only one spot which is visible following hybridization.
Time Efficient: Results can be obtained in less than 24 hours.
Reproducibility: Inter-array Coefficient of Variation (CV) is as low as 5%.
Technique: Easy to perform and no prior training is necessary.
Compatible: Antibody Arrays are compatible with any chemiluminescent imaging system.
