The Mouse IgG3 (Immunoglobulin G3) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantification of IgG3 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers excellent sensitivity and specificity, ensuring dependable and consistent results, perfect for various research purposes.IgG3 is an essential subclass of immunoglobulins that plays a crucial role in the immune response by recognizing and binding to specific antigens, thereby mediating immune effector functions.
Elevated levels of IgG3 have been linked to certain autoimmune diseases, infections, and inflammatory conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these diseases and developing potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Mouse IgG3 ELISA Kit provides researchers with a reliable tool for investigating the role of IgG3 in immune responses and disease pathogenesis, ultimately advancing our understanding of these processes and improving diagnostics and treatment strategies.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse IgG3. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse IgG3 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse IgG3, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Mouse IgG3. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse IgG3 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
