The Mouse IFN-Gamma R1 (Interferon Gamma Receptor 1) ELISA Kit is a reliable and accurate testing solution for detecting levels of interferon gamma receptor 1 in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring trustworthy and repeatable results for a variety of research purposes.Interferon gamma receptor 1 plays a critical role in the immune response, specifically in the activation of macrophages and the regulation of the inflammatory process.
It is involved in various immune-related disorders such as autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and cancer. Studying the levels of interferon gamma receptor 1 can provide valuable insights into the underlying mechanisms of these conditions and aid in the development of potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Mouse IFN-Gamma R1 ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers seeking to explore the role of interferon gamma receptor 1 in immune responses and disease processes in mouse models.
This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse IFN-γ R1. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse IFN-γ R1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse IFN-γ R1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Mouse IFN-γ R1. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse IFN-γ R1 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
