The Mouse Heat Shock Protein Beta 8 (HSPB8) ELISA Kit is a reliable tool for the quantitative measurement of HSPB8 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides accurate and reproducible results, making it suitable for various research applications. HSPB8 is a heat shock protein involved in cellular stress response and protein folding, playing a crucial role in maintaining cellular homeostasis.
Dysregulation of HSPB8 has been implicated in various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancer, highlighting its significance as a potential therapeutic target and biomarker. By using the Mouse HSPB8 ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of HSPB8 in disease progression and explore its potential as a target for developing novel treatment strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
