Mouse Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 8 (HSPA8) ELISA Kit
The Mouse Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 8 (HSPA8) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise detection of HSPA8 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and accuracy, ensuring consistent and dependable results, making it an ideal choice for a variety of research endeavors. HSPA8, also known as heat shock cognate 71 kDa protein or HSC70, is a critical chaperone protein involved in protein folding and stress response. It plays a crucial role in maintaining cellular homeostasis and protecting cells from various stressors.
Dysregulation of HSPA8 has been implicated in a range of diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders, cancer, and cardiovascular diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions. Whether you are investigating the molecular mechanisms of protein folding, stress response pathways, or the role of chaperone proteins in disease, the Mouse HSPA8 ELISA Kit provides a powerful tool for accurate and reliable quantification of HSPA8 levels in mouse samples. Order yours today and take your research to the next level.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
