Mouse GR alpha (glucocorticoid receptor alpha) CLIA Kit
The Mouse GR (Glucocorticoid Receptor) Alpha CLIA Kit is a cutting-edge assay designed for the accurate quantification of GR Alpha levels in mouse samples. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, allowing for precise and reliable results in a variety of research applications. The Glucocorticoid Receptor Alpha, a key transcription factor, plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression in response to glucocorticoid hormones. Dysregulation of GR Alpha has been implicated in various diseases, including inflammatory disorders, autoimmune conditions, and metabolic abnormalities.
By using the Mouse GR Alpha CLIA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of GR Alpha in disease pathogenesis and potential therapeutic interventions. This advanced assay provides a powerful tool for studying the complex mechanisms of glucocorticoid signaling and its implications for health and disease.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse GRα. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse GRα and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse GRα, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse GRα. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse GRα in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
