Mouse Cytochrome C Oxidase Subunit III (COX3) ELISA Kit
The Mouse Cytochrome C Oxidase Subunit III (COX3) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for accurately measuring levels of COX3 in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides precise and consistent results, making it perfect for a wide range of research applications.COX3 is a critical subunit of cytochrome c oxidase, the terminal enzyme of the mitochondrial respiratory chain. It plays a key role in electron transfer and ATP production, making it essential for cellular respiration and energy metabolism.
Abnormalities in COX3 expression have been linked to various disorders, including mitochondrial diseases, neurodegenerative disorders, and aging-related conditions.By using the Mouse COX3 ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into mitochondrial function, oxidative metabolism, and the impact of COX3 dysregulation on health and disease. This kit is a valuable tool for studying mitochondrial dysfunction and developing potential therapeutic strategies for related disorders.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
