Mouse CXCL9/MIG (Monokine induced by interferon-gamma) CLIA Kit
The Mouse CXCL9 (MIG) CLIA Kit is a powerful tool for measuring monokine induced by interferon gamma (MIG) levels in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and reproducible results, making it invaluable for a variety of research applications.MIG is a key chemokine involved in immune responses, particularly in inflammation and the recruitment of immune cells to sites of infection.
Its dysregulation has been implicated in various autoimmune diseases and cancer, highlighting the importance of studying MIG levels in preclinical research and therapeutic development. With the Mouse CXCL9 (MIG) CLIA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into immune responses and potential therapeutic targets in mouse models, ultimately advancing our understanding of disease mechanisms and treatment strategies.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse CXCL9/MIG. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse CXCL9/MIG and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse CXCL9/MIG, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse CXCL9/MIG. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse CXCL9/MIG in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
