The Mouse Connexin-43 (Cx43) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for detecting and quantifying levels of Cx43 in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, providing accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.Cx43 is a key protein involved in cell-to-cell communication and plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including cardiac function and neural development.
Dysregulation of Cx43 has been linked to several diseases, such as heart arrhythmias and neurological disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential treatments.Overall, the Mouse Connexin-43 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers looking to investigate the role of Cx43 in health and disease, providing valuable insights into its molecular mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
