Mouse Cluster Of Differentiation 34 (CD34) ELISA Kit
The Mouse Cluster of Differentiation 34 (CD34) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate measurement of CD34 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and tissue lysates. This kit provides high sensitivity and specificity, allowing for precise and reliable results for various research applications.CD34 is a cell surface glycoprotein that is commonly used as a marker for hematopoietic stem cells and endothelial progenitor cells. It is involved in regulating cell adhesion and migration, as well as playing a role in angiogenesis and tissue regeneration.
The CD34 protein is crucial for understanding the process of hematopoiesis and vascular development, making this ELISA kit an essential tool for research in these areas.Whether investigating cell differentiation, stem cell therapy, or vascular biology, the Mouse CD34 ELISA Kit from www.assaygenie.com provides researchers with a valuable tool for studying the function and expression of CD34 in mouse models. Get reliable and reproducible results to advance your research in stem cell biology, cancer biology, and regenerative medicine.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
