The Mouse Chromobox Homolog 3 (CBX3) ELISA Kit is a reliable and efficient tool for the quantification of CBX3 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures accurate and reproducible results, making it perfect for various research applications.CBX3, also known as HP1γ, is a member of the heterochromatin protein 1 (HP1) family and plays a critical role in chromatin structure and gene regulation. It is involved in diverse biological processes such as transcriptional repression, DNA repair, and telomere maintenance.
Dysregulation of CBX3 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer and neurological disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for investigating these conditions and potential therapeutic targets.Overall, the Mouse Chromobox Homolog 3 (CBX3) ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers studying the function and significance of CBX3 in mouse models, providing valuable insights into its role in health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
