Mouse CETP (cholest erolester transfer protein) CLIA Kit
The Mouse CETP (Cholesteryl Ester Transfer Protein) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantification of CETP levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.CETP is a key protein involved in lipid metabolism, facilitating the transfer of cholesteryl esters between lipoproteins. Dysregulation of CETP has been linked to various metabolic disorders, including cardiovascular diseases and atherosclerosis.
Therefore, the measurement of CETP levels is essential for understanding the underlying mechanisms of these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions. With easy-to-follow protocols and fast assay times, the Mouse CETP CLIA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying lipid metabolism and cardiovascular health in mouse models. Trust Assay Genie for reliable and accurate results in your research endeavors.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse CETP. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse CETP and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse CETP, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse CETP. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse CETP in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
