The Mouse CD45 Monoclonal Antibody (PE/Cyanine7 Conjugated, 30-F11) from AssayGenie (AGEL1662) is a powerful tool for studying immune cells in research applications. This antibody specifically targets the CD45 protein, a key marker for identifying and analyzing different immune cell populations.CD45, also known as leukocyte common antigen, is a crucial molecule involved in the regulation of immune cell function and activation. By targeting CD45 with this monoclonal antibody, researchers can accurately label and detect immune cells in a variety of samples, including blood, tissues, and cell cultures. The PE/Cyanine7 conjugation of this antibody allows for multi-color flow cytometry analysis, providing researchers with the ability to simultaneously study multiple markers and cell populations within a single sample.
This feature makes the Mouse CD45 Monoclonal Antibody (30-F11) an invaluable tool for immunology research, including studies on immune responses, inflammation, and autoimmune diseases. With its high specificity and sensitivity, this antibody is a reliable choice for scientists looking to explore the diverse functions and characteristics of immune cells in both basic and clinical research settings. Trust AssayGenie's Mouse CD45 Monoclonal Antibody to enhance your studies and advance our understanding of the immune system.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD45 is a 180-240 kD glycoprotein also known as the leukocyte common antigen (LCA), T200, or Ly-5. It is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family, expressed on all hematopoietic cells except mature erythrocytes and platelets. There are different isoforms of CD45 that arise from alternative splicing of exons 4, 5, and 6, which encode A, B, and C determinants, respectively. CD45 plays a key role in TCR and BCR signal transduction. These isoforms are very specific to the activation and maturation state of the cell as well as cell type. The primary ligands for CD45 are galectin-1, CD2, CD3, CD4, TCR, CD22, and Thy-1.
