The Mouse CD45 Monoclonal Antibody PE-Cyanine5 Conjugated (30-F11) is a valuable tool for researchers studying immune cell populations and hematopoietic cells in mouse models. This antibody specifically targets CD45, a common leukocyte antigen that plays a crucial role in the immune system by regulating cell activation and differentiation. The antibody is conjugated with both PE (phycoerythrin) and Cyanine5 fluorophores, allowing for dual-color flow cytometry analysis and detection of CD45 expression in different cell subsets. Its high specificity and sensitivity make it an ideal choice for flow cytometry and immunofluorescence applications in mouse studies.CD45 is a critical marker for identifying different immune cell populations, including T cells, B cells, and myeloid cells.
By using the Mouse CD45 Monoclonal Antibody PE-Cyanine5 Conjugated, researchers can investigate immune cell dynamics, monitor immune responses, and characterize immune cell populations in various biological samples. This antibody is a valuable tool for researchers in immunology, oncology, and stem cell research, providing insights into immune cell function and dynamics in mouse models. Its versatility and reliability make it a valuable addition to any research focused on understanding immune responses and hematopoietic cell development in mice.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD45 is a 180-240 kD glycoprotein also known as the leukocyte common antigen (LCA), T200, or Ly-5. It is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family, expressed on all hematopoietic cells except mature erythrocytes and platelets. There are different isoforms of CD45 that arise from alternative splicing of exons 4, 5, and 6, which encode A, B, and C determinants, respectively. CD45 plays a key role in TCR and BCR signal transduction. These isoforms are very specific to the activation and maturation state of the cell as well as cell type. The primary ligands for CD45 are galectin-1, CD2, CD3, CD4, TCR, CD22, and Thy-1.
