The Mouse CD45 Monoclonal Antibody PE-Cyanine5.5 Conjugated (30-F11) is a vital tool for researchers studying immune cells in mice. This antibody, conjugated to PE-Cyanine5.5, specifically targets the CD45 protein expressed on the surface of leukocytes, making it an ideal choice for flow cytometry and immunofluorescence applications.CD45, also known as the leukocyte common antigen, is a marker for immune cell lineage and activation status. The 30-F11 antibody is highly reactive and specific to CD45 in mouse samples, allowing for accurate detection and analysis of immune cell populations in various tissues and experimental conditions.
By using the Mouse CD45 Monoclonal Antibody PE-Cyanine5.5 Conjugated (30-F11), researchers can confidently study immune cell subpopulations, investigate immune responses, and monitor immune cell activation in mouse models of disease. This antibody is a valuable tool for immunologists, oncologists, and researchers studying autoimmune disorders, infectious diseases, and inflammatory conditions in preclinical research settings.

Background:
CD45 is a 180-240 kD glycoprotein also known as the leukocyte common antigen (LCA), T200, or Ly-5. It is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family, expressed on all hematopoietic cells except mature erythrocytes and platelets. There are different isoforms of CD45 that arise from alternative splicing of exons 4, 5, and 6, which encode A, B, and C determinants, respectively. CD45 plays a key role in TCR and BCR signal transduction. These isoforms are very specific to the activation and maturation state of the cell as well as cell type. The primary ligands for CD45 are galectin-1, CD2, CD3, CD4, TCR, CD22, and Thy-1.
