The Mouse CD23 Monoclonal Antibody (PE Conjugated) B3B4 (AGEL1889) is an essential tool for researchers studying CD23, a cell surface protein known for its role in immune response modulation and regulation. This antibody, derived from mouse hybridoma cells, has been conjugated with phycoerythrin (PE) for easy visualization and detection in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence applications.CD23, also known as Fc epsilon RII, is a key player in the regulation of IgE levels and the modulation of B-cell function. Its expression on B cells and other immune cells makes it a valuable marker for studying immune responses, allergic reactions, and autoimmune diseases.
The B3B4 monoclonal antibody specifically targets CD23, allowing for precise identification and analysis in various experimental settings.By utilizing the Mouse CD23 Monoclonal Antibody (PE Conjugated) B3B4 (AGEL1889), researchers can gain insights into the role of CD23 in immune system function, allergy, and disease pathogenesis. This antibody is a reliable tool for investigating the complex interplay of immune molecules and their impact on health and disease, making it an invaluable asset for immunologists and researchers in related fields.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use. We suggest each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results [The recommended concentration is 0.1-1 μg/106 cells in 100 μL volume].

Background:
CD23 is a 45 kD protein also known as low affinity IgE Fc receptor, FcεRII, BLAST-2, Ly-42, or B6. It is a member of the Ig family, expressed on conventional B (but not B-1) cells and follicular dendritic cells. CD23 responds to high levels of IgE by downregulating IgE secretion.
