The Mouse CD127 Monoclonal Antibody (PE Conjugated) is a cutting-edge tool essential for research involving CD127, a key cell surface marker primarily found on lymphocytes, including T cells, B cells, and natural killer (NK) cells. This high-quality antibody, conjugated with phycoerythrin (PE), is specifically designed for flow cytometry applications, allowing for precise and sensitive detection of CD127 expression in cell populations.CD127, also known as the interleukin-7 receptor alpha chain, plays a crucial role in immune cell development, survival, and function. Its expression level on lymphocytes is indicative of their differentiation status and responsiveness to interleukin-7, a critical cytokine for lymphocyte homeostasis and function. Understanding the dynamics of CD127 expression can provide valuable insights into immune cell populations and their functional capabilities in various physiological and pathological conditions.
With its exceptional specificity and sensitivity, the Mouse CD127 Monoclonal Antibody (PE Conjugated) is an indispensable tool for immunologists, cell biologists, and researchers studying immune cell biology, immunotherapy, infectious diseases, and autoimmune disorders. By enabling precise quantification and analysis of CD127-expressing cell subsets, this antibody facilitates in-depth investigations into immune cell dynamics, immune responses, and therapeutic targets, advancing our understanding of immune-mediated diseases and paving the way for innovative treatments and diagnostics.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD127 is a 60-90 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as IL-7 receptor α chain or IL-7Rα. It forms a heterodimer with the common γ chain (γc or CD132) which is shared with the receptors for IL-2, IL-4, IL-9, IL-13, IL-15, and IL-21. CD127 is expressed on immature B cells through early pre-B stage, thymocytes (except CD4/CD8 double positive thymocytes), peripheral T cells, and bone marrow stromal cells. CD127 has been reported to be an useful marker for identifying memory and effector T cells. The ligation of IL-7 with its receptor is important for stimulation of mature and immature T cells as well as immature B cells proliferation and development.
