The Mouse CD127 Monoclonal Antibody (APC Conjugated, A7R34) from Assay Genie (AGEL0131) is a vital tool for researchers studying CD127, a key cell surface marker involved in immune cell function and maintenance. This high-quality antibody is specifically designed for flow cytometry applications, providing accurate and reliable results for the detection and analysis of CD127 in various cell populations.CD127, also known as interleukin-7 receptor alpha chain, is essential for the development and homeostasis of T cells, making it a crucial target for investigation in immunology and related fields. By targeting CD127, researchers can gain valuable insights into immune cell differentiation, proliferation, and survival, with implications for understanding immune responses in health and disease.
With its APC conjugation, the A7R34 monoclonal antibody offers enhanced sensitivity and specificity in flow cytometry experiments, allowing for precise identification and quantification of CD127-expressing cells. Whether studying immune system function, investigating inflammatory pathways, or exploring novel therapeutic targets, the Mouse CD127 Monoclonal Antibody from Assay Genie provides researchers with a reliable tool for advancing their research goals.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD127 is a 60-90 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as IL-7 receptor α chain or IL-7Rα. It forms a heterodimer with the common γ chain (γc or CD132) which is shared with the receptors for IL-2, IL-4, IL-9, IL-13, IL-15, and IL-21. CD127 is expressed on immature B cells through early pre-B stage, thymocytes (except CD4/CD8 double positive thymocytes), peripheral T cells, and bone marrow stromal cells. CD127 has been reported to be an useful marker for identifying memory and effector T cells. The ligation of IL-7 with its receptor is important for stimulation of mature and immature T cells as well as immature B cells proliferation and development.
