The Mouse CD127 (IL-7RA) Monoclonal Antibody (PE Conjugated) (A7R34) (AGEL0746) is a potent tool designed for researchers investigating CD127, also known as IL-7RA, a critical receptor involved in regulating immune cell development and function. This monoclonal antibody has been specifically engineered to target and detect CD127 with high precision and sensitivity in mouse samples. The PE conjugated form allows for easy and efficient flow cytometry analysis, making it an excellent choice for immunology studies.CD127, a subunit of the IL-7 receptor complex, plays a pivotal role in the survival, proliferation, and differentiation of lymphocytes, particularly T cells and natural killer cells. Dysregulation of CD127 signaling has been linked to various immune-related disorders such as autoimmune diseases, immunodeficiencies, and cancer.
By utilizing this monoclonal antibody, researchers can investigate the expression and activity of CD127 in different cell populations, aiding in the understanding of immune responses in health and disease.Overall, the Mouse CD127 (IL-7RA) Monoclonal Antibody (PE Conjugated) (A7R34) (AGEL0746) offers a reliable and effective means to study the function of CD127 in a mouse model system, contributing valuable insights to immunological research and potentially paving the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting immune-related conditions.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use. We suggest each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results [The recommended concentration is 0.1-1 μg/106 cells in 100 μL volume].

Background:
CD127 is a 60-90 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as IL-7 receptor α chain or IL-7Rα. It forms a heterodimer with the common γ chain (γc or CD132) which is shared with the receptors for IL-2, IL-4, IL-9, IL-13, IL-15, and IL-21. CD127 is expressed on immature B cells through early pre-B stage, thymocytes (except CD4/CD8 double positive thymocytes), peripheral T cells, and bone marrow stromal cells. CD127 has been reported to be an useful marker for identifying memory and effector T cells. The ligation of IL-7 with its receptor is important for stimulation of mature and immature T cells as well as immature B cells proliferation and development.
