The Mouse CD127 (IL-7RA) Monoclonal Antibody (AF647 Conjugated) A7R34 (AGEL0744) is a vital tool for researchers studying the immune system in mice. This antibody is specifically designed to target CD127, also known as the IL-7 receptor alpha chain, a key molecule involved in immune cell development and function.By using this monoclonal antibody, researchers can effectively detect and analyze CD127 expression in various mouse cell types. The AF647 conjugation allows for easy visualization using fluorescence-based techniques. This antibody is highly specific and reliable, providing accurate results for experiments involving IL-7RA in mouse models.
Understanding the role of CD127 in immune regulation is essential for advancing our knowledge of immune responses, particularly in conditions such as autoimmune diseases, immunodeficiencies, and cancer. This monoclonal antibody serves as a valuable tool for investigating the function of CD127 and its impact on immune cell behavior, paving the way for potential therapeutic interventions targeting IL-7RA in mouse-based immunological studies.

Background:
CD127 is a 60-90 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as IL-7 receptor α chain or IL-7Rα. It forms a heterodimer with the common γ chain (γc or CD132) which is shared with the receptors for IL-2, IL-4, IL-9, IL-13, IL-15, and IL-21. CD127 is expressed on immature B cells through early pre-B stage, thymocytes (except CD4/CD8 double positive thymocytes), peripheral T cells, and bone marrow stromal cells. CD127 has been reported to be an useful marker for identifying memory and effector T cells. The ligation of IL-7 with its receptor is important for stimulation of mature and immature T cells as well as immature B cells proliferation and development.
