The Mouse CD119 Monoclonal Antibody (APC-conjugated, GR-20, AGL1438) is a cutting-edge tool designed for precise scientific research involving CD119, a critical cell surface receptor involved in immune responses and cell signaling. This monoclonal antibody, developed specifically for mouse samples, has been rigorously validated for use in flow cytometry applications, providing reliable and accurate results.CD119, also known as the granulocyte colony-stimulating factor receptor (G-CSF-R), plays a vital role in regulating the production and function of neutrophils, a type of white blood cell crucial for immune defense against infections. By targeting CD119, researchers can delve into the mechanisms underlying neutrophil function and the immune response, shedding light on various pathophysiological processes.
The APC-conjugated GR-20 Mouse CD119 Monoclonal Antibody allows for efficient and specific detection of the CD119 receptor on the surface of mouse cells, facilitating detailed analysis and characterization in diverse experimental settings. With its high reactivity and specificity, this antibody is an invaluable tool for investigations in immunology, hematopoiesis, and inflammatory disorders. Researchers studying neutrophil biology, immune regulation, and related fields will find this antibody instrumental in advancing their understanding of immune system dynamics and disease mechanisms.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CDw119 is a 90 kD immunoglobulin superfamily member, also known as IFN-γRα chain. It is a class II cytokine receptor family member that serves as a IFN-γ-binding chain associated with the IFN-γ β chain also known as AF-1. In addition to ligand binding, CDw119 participates in ligand trafficking. CDw119 is expressed on T and B cells, NK cells, fibroblasts, endothelial, and epithelial cells. Binding of IFN-γ induces receptor dimerization, internalization, Jak1 and Jak2 protein kinase activation and, ultimately, STAT1 activation. IFN-γ initiates and regulates a variety of immune responses.
