The Mouse CCL1 ELISA Kit is meticulously crafted for the precise quantitative assessment of Chemokine C-C-Motif Ligand 1 (CCL1) levels in diverse biological samples. CCL1, a member of the chemokine family, is involved in immune and inflammatory responses, playing a crucial role in cell migration, differentiation, and immune cell activation. Accurate measurement of CCL1 is essential for understanding its functions in mediating inflammatory processes, immune cell recruitment, and regulatory activities within the immune system. By quantifying CCL1 levels, researchers can unravel its impact on immune cell functions and its involvement in various inflammatory conditions and immune-related diseases.
With exceptional sensitivity and specificity, the Mouse CCL1 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides reliable and reproducible results, enabling researchers to explore the intricate role of CCL1 in immune modulation and inflammatory responses. Manufactured under rigorous quality control measures, this kit delivers robust performance and ease of use, making it an excellent tool for in-depth research studies focusing on the Chemokine C-C-Motif Ligand 1.
This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse CCL1. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse CCL1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse CCL1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Mouse CCL1. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse CCL1 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
