The Mouse CDH2 (Neuronal Cadherin) ELISA Kit is a cutting-edge tool designed for the precise measurement of CDH2 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and reproducible results, making it perfect for a wide array of research applications.Neuronal Cadherin, also known as CDH2, is a critical protein involved in cell adhesion and neural development. It plays a vital role in processes such as synapse formation, neural plasticity, and neural crest development.
Dysregulation of CDH2 has been implicated in various neurological disorders, including epilepsy, schizophrenia, and autism spectrum disorders, making it a key biomarker for investigating these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions. With the Mouse CDH2 (Neuronal Cadherin) ELISA Kit, researchers can delve deeper into the role of CDH2 in neuronal function and disorders, paving the way for new insights and potential treatment strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
