Mouse Angiotensin I Converting Enzyme 2 (ACE2) ELISA Kit
The Mouse Angiotensin I Converting Enzyme 2 (ACE2) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate and reliable detection of ACE2 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.ACE2 is a key enzyme involved in the renin-angiotensin system, playing a crucial role in the regulation of blood pressure and fluid balance. It is also known to serve as the entry receptor for coronaviruses, including SARS-CoV-2.
Understanding the levels of ACE2 in mouse models can provide valuable insights into various physiological and pathological processes, making this kit essential for studying cardiovascular diseases, respiratory infections, and other relevant conditions. With its superior performance and versatility, the Mouse ACE2 ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers seeking to explore the role of ACE2 in health and disease, ultimately leading to the development of potential therapeutics and treatments.

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
