Mouse Amyloid Beta Precursor Like Protein 1 (APLP1) ELISA Kit
The Mouse APLP1 (Amyloid Beta Precursor-Like Protein 1) ELISA Kit is specially designed for the accurate measurement of APLP1 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results, making it perfect for various research applications.APLP1 is a key protein involved in neurobiology and is a member of the amyloid precursor protein family. It plays a crucial role in synaptic function, neuronal development, and plasticity.
Dysregulation of APLP1 has been linked to neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic strategies. With the Mouse APLP1 ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately quantify APLP1 levels in biological samples, allowing for in-depth investigation into the role of APLP1 in neurodegenerative disorders and other related conditions. Trust in this reliable and efficient kit for your research needs.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
