The Mouse Alpha-1 Antitrypsin (A1AT) ELISA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for the quantitative detection of A1AT levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for a variety of research applications.A1AT is a key protein that plays a crucial role in protecting tissues from damage caused by enzymes released during inflammation. It is also involved in regulating immune responses and maintaining tissue integrity. Dysregulation of A1AT levels has been linked to a variety of conditions, including lung diseases, liver disease, and inflammatory disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and evaluating potential therapeutic interventions.
With the Mouse Alpha-1 Antitrypsin (A1AT) ELISA Kit, researchers can confidently measure A1AT levels in mouse samples to advance their understanding of disease mechanisms and develop targeted treatments. Trust in this kit for accurate and reliable results in your research endeavors.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
