The Monkey Macrophage-Derived Chemokine (MDC/CCL22) ELISA Kit is a specialized assay designed for the precise quantitative measurement of Macrophage-Derived Chemokine levels in monkey samples. Macrophage-Derived Chemokine, also known as CCL22, is a key chemokine involved in regulating immune responses, cell trafficking, and inflammation in primates. This ELISA kit enables researchers to accurately quantify MDC/CCL22 concentrations in monkey biological samples, providing valuable insights into immune cell recruitment, inflammatory processes, and immune modulation in primate models. By detecting and measuring MDC levels, researchers can study the role of this chemokine in immune regulation, inflammation-related diseases, and immune cell interactions in monkeys.
With exceptional sensitivity and specificity, the Monkey MDC/CCL22 ELISA Kit ensures precise and reproducible results, allowing researchers to explore the intricate mechanisms of inflammation, immune response modulation, and chemokine-mediated signaling pathways in monkey populations. Manufactured under strict quality standards, this kit offers robust performance and user-friendly protocols, making it an ideal choice for immunology research and immune-related studies in monkeys.
This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Monkey MDC/CCL22. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Monkey MDC/CCL22 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Monkey MDC/CCL22, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Monkey MDC/CCL22. You can calculate the concentration of Monkey MDC/CCL22 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
