The Monkey LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein) ELISA Kit is a specialized assay designed for the precise quantitative measurement of Low Density Lipoprotein levels in monkey biological samples.
LDL is a crucial class of lipoproteins that transport cholesterol in the bloodstream and are integral to lipid metabolism and the development of atherosclerosis. This ELISA kit provides researchers with a reliable tool to study the levels of LDL in monkey samples, offering insights into cholesterol metabolism, cardiovascular health, and potential implications for cardiovascular disease research in primates. LDL is known to be a key player in lipid transport and plays a significant role in the development of cardiovascular conditions. With exceptional sensitivity and specificity, the Monkey LDL ELISA Kit ensures accurate and reproducible results, facilitating investigations into the role of LDL in primate health and disease. Manufactured under stringent quality control standards, this kit offers robust performance and ease of use, making it an excellent choice for research studies focusing on lipid metabolism and cardiovascular health in monkeys.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Monkey LDL. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Monkey LDL and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Monkey LDL, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Monkey LDL. You can calculate the concentration of Monkey LDL in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
