The Monkey Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH) ELISA Kit is a specialized assay developed for the precise and quantitative detection of Follicle-Stimulating Hormone levels in monkey samples. FSH is a crucial hormone that plays a key role in reproductive physiology, specifically in the regulation of follicular development and maturation in primates. This ELISA kit offers researchers a reliable method to accurately measure FSH concentrations in monkey biological samples, providing valuable insights into reproductive health, fertility, and the ovarian cycle in non-human primates. By quantifying FSH levels, researchers can explore the influence of this hormone on gonadal function and the intricate processes of folliculogenesis and ovulation in monkeys.
With exceptional sensitivity and specificity, the Monkey FSH ELISA Kit ensures precise and reproducible results, enabling researchers to investigate the hormonal regulation of reproductive processes and the impact of FSH on female primate endocrinology. Manufactured under stringent quality control standards, this kit delivers reliable performance and user-friendly protocols, making it an excellent tool for reproductive studies and fertility research in monkey models.
This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Monkey FSH. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Monkey FSH and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Monkey FSH, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Monkey FSH. You can calculate the concentration of Monkey FSH in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
