The Monkey Clara Cell 16KD Protein (CC16) ELISA Kit is a specialized assay designed for the accurate quantification of Clara Cell 16KD Protein levels in monkey samples. Clara Cell 16KD Protein, also known as CC16, is a critical biomarker associated with lung health and airway epithelial integrity in primates. This ELISA kit enables researchers to precisely measure CC16 concentrations in monkey biological samples, providing valuable insights into respiratory health, lung function, and airway inflammation.
By quantifying CC16 levels, researchers can investigate lung diseases, monitor airway damage, and explore the impact of environmental exposures on respiratory health in monkey models. Offering exceptional sensitivity and specificity, the Monkey CC16 ELISA Kit ensures reproducible and reliable results, empowering researchers to conduct in-depth studies on lung-related conditions and respiratory disorders in monkey populations. Manufactured under stringent quality control measures, this kit delivers robust performance and ease of use, making it an excellent choice for respiratory research and pulmonary studies in monkeys.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Monkey CC16. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Monkey CC16 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Monkey CC16, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Monkey CC16. You can calculate the concentration of Monkey CC16 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
