The MIG7 Polyclonal Antibody (PAC020021) is a valuable tool for researchers studying MIG7, a protein involved in cell migration and invasion. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity towards human samples, making it suitable for use in Western blot applications. By targeting the MIG7 protein, this antibody enables the detection and analysis of MIG7 expression in various cell types, making it an ideal choice for studies in cancer biology and metastasis research.MIG7, also known as migration-inducing gene 7, is a key player in the regulation of cellular movement and invasion processes.
Its role in promoting cell migration suggests its potential significance in cancer progression and metastasis formation. By studying the function of MIG7, researchers can gain valuable insights into the mechanisms driving cancer cell dissemination and identify potential targets for therapeutic intervention.Overall, the MIG7 Polyclonal Antibody offers researchers a reliable tool for investigating the role of MIG7 in cancer biology and metastasis, paving the way for future advancements in understanding and treating metastatic disease.

Background:
MIG-7 protein inhibited protein phosphatase 2A to sustain Akt/GSK-3 β phosphorylation and cancer-cell migration/invasion. Cancer cells overexpressing MIG-7 exhibited increased expression of ZEB-1 and Twist in parallel with epithelial-mesenchymal transition, metastasis and cancer lethality. MIG-7 protein level positively correlated with advanced stages of human lung cancers.
