The MAP3K1 Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable tool for researchers studying the MAP3K1 protein, a key regulator of cell growth and proliferation. This antibody is produced in rabbits and has been validated for Western blot applications with high specificity for human samples.MAP3K1, also known as mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 1, is a critical player in various signaling pathways involved in cell differentiation, apoptosis, and immune response. Dysregulation of MAP3K1 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer and inflammatory conditions, making it a promising target for therapeutic development.
By using the MAP3K1 Polyclonal Antibody, researchers can accurately detect and analyze MAP3K1 levels in different cell types, providing valuable insights into its role in disease progression. This antibody is an essential tool for immunology and cancer research, offering a deeper understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying these conditions.

Size:
20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit

Human,Mouse,Rat
Immunogen:
A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1400-1512 of human MAP3K1 (NP_005912.1).
The protein encoded by this gene is a serine/threonine kinase and is part of some signal transduction cascades, including the ERK and JNK kinase pathways as well as the NF-kappa-B pathway. The encoded protein is activated by autophosphorylation and requires magnesium as a cofactor in phosphorylating other proteins. This protein has E3 ligase activity conferred by a plant homeodomain (PHD) in its N-terminus and phospho-kinase activity conferred by a kinase domain in its C-terminus.
