The LY6K Antibody (PAC061382) is a polyclonal antibody designed for research involving LY6K, a cell surface protein associated with cancer progression and metastasis. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in various applications, including Western blot and immunohistochemistry.LY6K is known to be overexpressed in many cancer types and has been shown to promote tumor growth and invasion. By targeting LY6K with this antibody, researchers can effectively detect and analyze LY6K expression in cancer cells, providing valuable insights into the mechanisms of tumorigenesis and potential therapeutic targets for cancer treatment.
Furthermore, understanding the role of LY6K in cancer biology may lead to the development of novel diagnostic markers and targeted therapies for patients with LY6K-associated malignancies. This LY6K Antibody is a valuable tool for studying the functional significance of LY6K in cancer progression and may contribute to the development of precision medicine approaches for cancer patients in the future.

IHC image of PACO61382 diluted at 1:400 and staining in paraffin-embedded human testis tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
