The Anti-LTA Antibody (CAB1552) is a polyclonal antibody specifically designed for research involving LTA, a cell surface molecule that plays a key role in immune responses, inflammation, and cell differentiation. Raised in rabbits, this antibody is highly reactive with human samples and has been validated for use in multiple applications, including Western blot and immunohistochemistry.LTA, also known as lymphotoxin-alpha, is a cytokine that is involved in various biological processes, including immune regulation and tissue remodeling. Its role in inflammatory responses and cell signaling pathways makes it a crucial target for research in immunology, cancer, and infectious diseases.
By binding to LTA, this antibody enables the detection and analysis of this important protein in a variety of cell types, providing valuable insights into its function and potential therapeutic applications.Overall, the Anti-LTA Antibody (CAB1552) is a reliable tool for researchers looking to investigate the role of LTA in immune modulation, inflammation, and disease pathogenesis. Its high specificity and sensitivity make it an essential component for studies seeking to understand the complex interplay between the immune system and various pathological conditions.
Product Name:
LTA Polyclonal Antibody

Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 35-205 of human LTA (NP_000586.2).
The encoded protein, a member of the tumor necrosis factor family, is a cytokine produced by lymphocytes. The protein is highly inducible, secreted, and forms heterotrimers with lymphotoxin-beta which anchor lymphotoxin-alpha to the cell surface. This protein also mediates a large variety of inflammatory, immunostimulatory, and antiviral responses, is involved in the formation of secondary lymphoid organs during development and plays a role in apoptosis. Genetic variations in this gene are associated with susceptibility to leprosy type 4, myocardial infarction, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and psoriatic arthritis. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been observed for this gene.
