The LRRC15 Polyclonal Antibody (PAC038042) is a valuable tool for researchers studying LRRC15, a protein involved in immune regulation and cancer development. This antibody, produced in rabbits, has high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the LRRC15 protein, this antibody enables the detection and analysis of LRRC15 in various cell types, making it ideal for investigations in immunology and oncology research.LRRC15, also known as leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 15, has been implicated in modulating immune responses and promoting tumor growth in certain cancers.
Understanding the role of LRRC15 is crucial for uncovering its potential as a therapeutic target for cancer treatment. By studying LRRC15 with this antibody, researchers can gain insights into the mechanisms underlying immune regulation and tumor progression, ultimately advancing our knowledge of cancer biology and potentially leading to the development of novel anti-cancer therapies.
Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human heart tissue using PACO38042 at dilution of 1:100.
Immunofluorescence staining of SH-SY5Y cells with PACO38042 at 1:133, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
