The LIMD2 Polyclonal Antibody (PACO60761) is a valuable tool for researchers studying LIMD2, a protein involved in cell signaling pathways and cancer progression. This antibody, raised in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and reactivity with human samples, making it an ideal choice for various experimental applications, including Western blotting.LIMD2, also known as LIM domain-containing protein 2, is implicated in cell migration, invasion, and metastasis in cancer cells. Its overexpression has been linked to aggressive tumor behavior and poor patient prognosis in several cancer types.
By targeting LIMD2 with this antibody, researchers can investigate its role in tumorigenesis and potentially identify new therapeutic targets for cancer treatment.By utilizing the LIMD2 Polyclonal Antibody in their studies, researchers can gain valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying cancer progression and potentially uncover novel strategies for cancer therapy. Its high specificity and reactivity offer reliable results and enable accurate analysis of LIMD2 expression in various cell types, providing a valuable tool for advancing cancer research.
IHC image of PACO60761 diluted at 1:500 and staining in paraffin-embedded human liver cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
Immunofluorescence staining of SH-SY5Y cells with PACO60761 at 1:167, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
