The LARP7 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB13095) is a valuable tool for researchers studying LARP7, a key protein involved in RNA processing and gene expression regulation. This antibody, generated in rabbits, is highly specific for LARP7 and has been validated for use in various applications, including Western blot and immunohistochemistry.LARP7, also known as La-related protein 7, plays a critical role in maintaining proper RNA stability and processing, particularly in the context of ribosome biogenesis and mRNA splicing. Dysregulation of LARP7 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and developmental disorders, making it an important target for further investigation.
By utilizing the LARP7 Polyclonal Antibody, researchers can accurately detect and analyze LARP7 protein levels in different cell types and tissues, providing valuable insight into its function and potential implications in disease pathology. This antibody is a valuable tool for studies in molecular biology, RNA biology, and cancer research, offering researchers the opportunity to deepen their understanding of LARP7 and its role in cellular processes.
Product Name:
LARP7 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
SKU:
CAB13095
Size:
20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit
Reactivity:
Human,Mouse
Immunogen:
Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 160-380 of human LARP7 (NP_057732.2).
This gene encodes a protein which is found in the 7SK snRNP (small nuclear ribonucleoprotein). This snRNP complex inhibits a cyclin-dependent kinase, positive transcription elongation factor b, which is required for paused RNA polymerase II at a promoter to begin transcription elongation. A pseudogene of this gene is located on chromosome 3. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
