The KLHL22 Monoclonal Antibody (PACO36114) is a valuable tool for researchers studying the role of KLHL22, a protein involved in cellular processes such as protein degradation and cell cycle regulation. This antibody, produced using hybridoma technology, is highly specific to human KLHL22 and has been validated for use in a variety of applications, including immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry.KLHL22 is known to interact with other proteins in the cell, playing a role in the regulation of pathways that affect cell growth and division. Researchers interested in studying the molecular mechanisms underlying these processes can benefit from using the KLHL22 Monoclonal Antibody to detect and monitor KLHL22 expression in different cell types and tissues.
Given the potential implications of KLHL22 in diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, understanding its function and regulatory mechanisms is essential for identifying new therapeutic targets and developing novel treatment strategies. The KLHL22 Monoclonal Antibody provides a reliable tool for investigating KLHL22 biology and its impact on cellular physiology.

Background:
Substrate-specific adapter of a BCR (BTB-CUL3-RBX1) E3 ubiquitin ligase complex required for chromosome alignment and localization of PLK1 at kinetochores. The BCR(KLHL22) ubiquitin ligase complex mediates monoubiquitination of PLK1, leading to PLK1 dissociation from phosphoreceptor proteins and subsequent removal from kinetochores, allowing silencing of the spindle assembly checkpoint (SAC) and chromosome segregation. Monoubiquitination of PLK1 does not lead to PLK1 degradation.

Kelch-like protein 22, KLHL22
