Description
KLF7 Monoclonal Antibody [PAT3G3A] (CPAB0583)
The KLF7 Antibody (CPAB0583) is a polyclonal antibody specifically designed for research involving KLF7, a transcription factor with key roles in gene regulation and cellular differentiation. This antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly reactive with human samples and has been validated for use in various applications, including Western blot and immunohistochemistry.KLF7, a member of the Krüppel-like factor (KLF) family, is known to be involved in diverse physiological processes, including development, metabolism, and cell proliferation. Its dysregulation has been linked to various diseases, making it a promising target for therapeutic interventions.
The KLF7 Antibody allows for the detection and analysis of KLF7 expression in different cell types, making it an essential tool for research in developmental biology, cancer biology, and other fields where KLF7 is implicated.By using the KLF7 Antibody, researchers can gain valuable insights into the function and regulation of KLF7, paving the way for a better understanding of its involvement in disease pathogenesis and potential therapeutic strategies targeting this transcription factor.

Background: | Kruppel-Like Factor 7 (KLF7) is a part of the Kruppel-like transcriptional regulator family whose members regulate cell proliferation, differentiation and survival and contain 3 C2H2 zinc fingers at the C-terminus that mediate binding to GC-rich sites. KLF7 contributes to the progression of type 2 diabetes by inhibiting insulin expression and secretion in pancreatic beta-cells and also by deregulating adipocytokine secretion in adipocytes. |
