The JNK1/2/3 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (CAB4867) is a powerful tool for researchers studying the JNK (c-Jun N-terminal kinase) signaling pathway, a key regulator of various cellular processes including apoptosis, inflammation, and stress response. This antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity for detecting JNK1, JNK2, and JNK3 proteins in human samples, making it ideal for use in Western blot applications. The JNK signaling pathway is involved in a wide range of physiological and pathological processes, making it a significant target for research in areas such as cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and inflammatory conditions.
By specifically binding to JNK1, JNK2, and JNK3 proteins, this antibody enables accurate detection and analysis of their activity in different cell types, providing valuable insights into the role of the JNK pathway in health and disease. With its reliable performance and versatility in detecting multiple JNK isoforms, the JNK1/2/3 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (CAB4867) is a valuable tool for scientists seeking to advance their understanding of JNK signaling and its implications in various physiological and pathological conditions.

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the MAP kinase family. MAP kinases act as an integration point for multiple biochemical signals, and are involved in a wide variety of cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation and development. This kinase is activated by various cell stimuli, and targets specific transcription factors, and thus mediates immediate-early gene expression in response to cell stimuli. The activation of this kinase by tumor-necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha) is found to be required for TNF-alpha induced apoptosis. This kinase is also involved in UV radiation induced apoptosis, which is thought to be related to cytochrom c-mediated cell death pathway. Studies of the mouse counterpart of this gene suggested that this kinase play a key role in T cell proliferation, apoptosis and differentiation. Several alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported. [provided by RefSeq, Apr 2016]
