The IRF4 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (CAB5215) is a cutting-edge tool for researchers studying the IRF4 protein, a key regulator of immune responses and cell differentiation. This antibody, developed using rabbit monoclonal technology, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity towards human IRF4, making it an ideal choice for various applications including Western blot and immunohistochemistry.IRF4, also known as interferon regulatory factor 4, is a transcription factor that plays a crucial role in the development and function of immune cells such as T and B lymphocytes. Dysregulation of IRF4 has been linked to various diseases including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and infectious diseases.
By targeting IRF4, researchers can unravel its complex functions and explore potential therapeutic interventions for these conditions. With its strong reactivity and validated performance in assays, the IRF4 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (CAB5215) offers a reliable tool for investigating the role of IRF4 in immunity and disease. Its versatility and robust performance make it a valuable asset for immunologists, oncologists, and researchers studying immune-related disorders.

The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the IRF (interferon regulatory factor) family of transcription factors, characterized by an unique tryptophan pentad repeat DNA-binding domain. The IRFs are important in the regulation of interferons in response to infection by virus, and in the regulation of interferon-inducible genes. This family member is lymphocyte specific and negatively regulates Toll-like-receptor (TLR) signaling that is central to the activation of innate and adaptive immune systems. A chromosomal translocation involving this gene and the IgH locus, t(6;14)(p25;q32), may be a cause of multiple myeloma. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene.
