The IRF4 Monoclonal Antibody is a valuable tool for research involving IRF4, a transcription factor known for its critical role in immune cell development and function. This antibody, generated from mouse hybridoma cells, is highly specific for IRF4 and has been validated for use in various applications, including Western blot and immunofluorescence.IRF4, also known as interferon regulatory factor 4, is involved in regulating immune responses, cell differentiation, and inflammation. Its dysregulation has been linked to various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, leukemia, and lymphoma.
By targeting IRF4, researchers can gain a better understanding of its role in disease pathogenesis and potentially develop new therapeutic strategies. The IRF4 Monoclonal Antibody offers reliable and consistent results in detecting and quantifying IRF4 protein levels in different cell types and tissues. Its high specificity and sensitivity make it an essential tool for immunology, oncology, and inflammatory research studies. Start unlocking the mysteries of IRF4 biology with this high-quality antibody.

The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the IRF (interferon regulatory factor) family of transcription factors, characterized by an unique tryptophan pentad repeat DNA-binding domain. The IRFs are important in the regulation of interferons in response to infection by virus, and in the regulation of interferon-inducible genes. This family member is lymphocyte specific and negatively regulates Toll-like-receptor (TLR) signaling that is central to the activation of innate and adaptive immune systems. A chromosomal translocation involving this gene and the IgH locus, t(6;14)(p25;q32), may be a cause of multiple myeloma. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene.
