The INHBB Polyclonal Antibody (CAB8553) is a powerful tool for researchers studying the role of INHBB, a member of the TGF-beta superfamily involved in various biological processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. This antibody, produced in rabbits, has been rigorously tested and validated for Western blot applications, ensuring reliable and accurate results.INHBB, also known as inhibin beta B, is known to play a crucial role in reproductive health, as well as in the development of various tissues and organs. Its dysregulation has been linked to conditions such as infertility, cancer, and developmental disorders.
By using the INHBB Polyclonal Antibody, researchers can detect and analyze the expression of INHBB in different cell types, providing valuable insights into its functions and potential therapeutic applications. With its high specificity and sensitivity, the INHBB Polyclonal Antibody is an essential tool for studies in reproductive biology, developmental biology, and cancer research. By elucidating the mechanisms underlying INHBB signaling, researchers can pave the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting this important molecule.

Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 293-407 of human INHBB (NP_002184.2).
This gene encodes a member of the TGF-beta (transforming growth factor-beta) superfamily of proteins. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate a subunit of the dimeric activin and inhibin protein complexes. These complexes activate and inhibit, respectively, follicle stimulating hormone secretion from the pituitary gland. Polymorphisms near this gene are associated with pre-eclampsia in female human patients.
